Everyone deals with losses differently. I don't understand Bengali and haven't watched so it's tough to say much. I am only commenting based on what you've mentioned.

Some individuals - when forced to deal with a loss when they least expect it - shut themselves off. Think of it like they block every other perspective. The only perspective that they stubbornly hold on to is their perspective. Their perspective of hurt.

The only thing that they process is the loss.

The only fact that they care about is that the person is gone and never going to come back no matter what.

The only grief that they accept is that the hand that used to caress their head will never touch their head again.

And especially if the loss comes with a regret or guilt like Gungun has that she couldn't even see him for the last time - it becomes unimaginably chaotic, painful and just hard to deal with. And here to Gungun - the reason that she has to carry that regret and guilt - in her perspective - is Babin and his fam.

That's all that she will process now. Perhaps.

Unfortunately gg apne papa se hamesha ke liye dur ho gayi hai, but ab wo apne gusse me andhi hokar aur apni cunning mother ki bato me aakar apne baby ko uske papa se dur kar rahi hai. Babin and family ne jo kiya gg and baby ke ko protect karne ke liye kiya tha, but uski itni badi punishment dena ye bhi right nahi hai 👎🏼

Aur abtak Khorkuto ki sad reality ye hai ki reason chhota ho ya bada FL every time ML ko non-stop blame karti rehti hai, kabhi bhi shanti se uski side samjhne ki koshish tak nahi karti 😭

GG's mom ko toh babin and his family pasand hi nahi hai ..she instigate GG against Babin and his family and bua too ..taking advantage of GG's anger convince her to sell the house and move to abroad ....

GG refused to move said it's Babin child too but Shilpi didnt give up on GG ... I dont understand the language but gave it a try ...

I was expecting the separation track while Kuki 's daughter marriage track was going on .... They dragged too much with Kuki's daughter and her marriage track made it quite boring and after GG's pregnancy track there were no moments of GG and Babin kept her busy in family matters all the time ...

After Kaushik's death ..they brought in separation track ...

But TR have additional scenes of Shappu and family here compared to OS ... ❤️

Yeah sab aaya to i am out of here..but abhi far hai…so for now i am just going to be in love with khadus and pretend all is going to be well, until it isn’t

So i played an episode of Bengoli version (begining wala)….after reading your post….i just couldn’t connect with the leads….maybe because of language problem..phir socha…mujhe to bengoli or marathi dono nahi aati so it cant be that only bu t with shappu i just fell in love with …may be i need to give it a try…???

Apurva Vartak. The only words that her heart registered from his statements.

What's the point of getting upset now? You should have listened to me when I told you to stop but no… you were having fun losing yourself in that so-called feeling of love that you said was magical. Now what? Apurva Vartak! Her brain mocked her heart that was already struggling to cope with its distress, pushing it in the deep lake of anguish by tying a sack of stones to it as her brain intended to teach her heart a lesson by suffocating it until it accepted that - it made a mistake by falling for Shashank.

तू जा ना इथून! मी नाही आहे ना खोलीत… जा तू. Enjoy कर. तुझी डोकेदुखी नाही आहे तिथे. इथे का थांबला आहेस? जा! ( What are you doing here? I am not in the room, right? Then go… enjoy! Your headache isn't there so go… have fun!"

I am posting this short bit particularly for you, Nia since you were asking about this story.

I always start writing with something else in my mind and by the end, it turns out to be something else altogether. Sigh.
