Actually Prabz has the form, so she will be free at that time to close it. Isliye 1 hour extra.

Also I kind of confused the time while sending PMs, thats why .. since this is the first round I let them go one hour over deadline. But from next round will close the form sharp on deadline time.

I think you can close it automatically after a certain time. So you don't need to be free to close it
