I want to throw some light on how my love for AK is a headache for my family.
My husband used to dream that his wife would come to wake him up from his peaceful slumber with a sweet smile, loose wet hair, and a cup of tea in her hand. Unfortunately,he has got me as wife. The alarm that wakes him up from restless sleep(obviously, bcoz of wife like me) is Anupaama…….. oh meri jaan and he has to prepare tea for both of us.
Sweet husband, ( I vll not use poor, bcoz it's my insult otherwise). Whenever he sees me upset or irritated, he asks me,’ darling, what has happened today in Anupama?? Anupama ne Jaaada bhasan dediya ya phir Ak ka koi scene nahi tha ??
Whenever he finds me angry for whatever reason, he says to kids, baache , today, bach ke rehana, don’t mess with Mumma, it seems Aaj AK ki wajay se mood kharab hai,,saara gussa tum par nikal jaayega.
A few days back, I was watching Anupama, Pappu ( my4 yr old shaitan ) throwing tantrums, he wanted to watch cartoon. Somehow, I convinced him that he could watch cartoon after 15 minutes. He sat beside me, and his eyes were glued to the TV.
After 5-7 min, his statement was
“ is Naagin ko baddua lagegi”.
I can’t express in words, which and how many types of emotions stirred within me for a few seconds.
I was like,chehra mai le jaoon kahan, khud ko chipaoo kahan, yeh laadla toh mera naam jaroor roshan karega.
But after a few minutes, I drifted back to normal, calmed myself, took a long breath, said to myself, cool baby, cool!!
First of all, I thanked God for he did not use words like Badcha@an or Paraya mard. You know, what’s best in me is that my mind is trained to see the positive in every situation.
I to Pappu: tu toh mera raja beta hai, aachebaache aise words use nahi karte. Come on, let's watch cartoon together. Bhai tu Chin Chan, Doremon hi dekh le. At least you will behave a little bit like kids
The story does not end here.
Yesterday, I overheard my elder daughter’s conversation with her friend. You won't believe, seriously, By Jove, they were discussing Anupama instead of syllabus, chapters, or some latest movie.
Friend: I said to my mom, “stop watching this rubbish, I have got a headache with this rona dhona and lecture.”
Ladoo (we call our daughter ladoo) : You are lucky that your Mom at least pays attention to your words and feelings.
To say something like this to my mom or utter a single word against AK means placing an axe directly on the throat rather than feet.
See, how kids are nowadays??
Kya mai itni buri hoon ?? Mai maa hoon toh mera apne time par haq nahi hai…………. You must have learned this bhasan by heart now. If not, plz revise yourself.
I can't repeat it every time. Itni der mei toh mai insta par AK ka 2-4 clips dekh loongi.
P S: Apne kids ko Anupama se atleast 5 km ki doori par rakhe. Aur apni eyes ko kaise AK ke 5 inch paas rakhna hai, uss par focus karo.
