He will do everything but not be present physically and i want nandini to realise that it was not the money and business but her elder son she wants.

I think Nandini came to threaten her but changed tactics midway and grudgingly admired Priya for her no-nonsense attitude and resilience. Every emotion seemed genuine to me. Especially Nandini's respect for Priya.
