Disagree fundamentally with Anupama's mother!

I don't agree with what Anupama's mother said today about Anupama keeping Anuj as her first priority. Perhaps, I am a bit more traditional, but I do not think Anupama should have any such conception in her mind. Be it her children, husband or her career, all are equally important. I know Anu's children are not so young that they need her constant attention, but as children of broken homes, I think they constantly need to be reminded of the fact that their parents still prioritize them and that they are not remnants of a left behind past that they do not wish to remember. I don't see the need for anyone to rank the important people in her life that way? Perhaps it is because of my personal experience with how divorce and remarriage affect family dynamics, but I felt hurt when I heard what Anupama's mother said.

Each relationship in our life have different place .

Each & every relationship is equal .Problem arises when you prioritize just one.

Didn't she learn her lesson when she prioritised her Mahaan husband Vanraj completely what did she get ?

I agree with you, actually rather than her saying she should put Anuj first, I wish she had said she should put herself first, before Anuj, before ger kids and most importantly before baa and Bapuji. By putting heprself first she'd automatically be putting her relationship with Anuj first (because it's what would also make her happiest)

I've been thinking of this thing too, and while I'm glad that this character found love, it feels like her whole story now is about finding this love. There's so much more to life than this, and it's never acknowledged. This exchange between them seems like it's in response to all the flak they've been receiving about Anu always prioritising the shah family over Anuj.

Counterpoint, its important to give importance and spend some more time with a partner in a new relationship

In first marriage you spend some time with your partner before having children. That time spent is extremely important for bonding. Without that relationships never go to next level

Once you bond then you can treat all relationships equally

Marriage is also about happiness of both partners. Children cannot hijack that. It wont work for anyone if they do

Parents have responsibilities towards their children but that doesnt mean they sacrifice everything for them. Particularly if the children are grown up

This perception of parents needing to be slaves for their children is equally wrong

Well said! Putting herself first is the foremost thing she must do.

@blue - is worth its weight in gold. There is more to life than love/marriage, it is not the final goal of one's life.

If it happens along the way, treat it like a bonus. But should not be the holy grail!!

Sorry to hear your personal experience🤗

Her children are going to be a part of her no matter what. But that is what divorce does to a family, and each one will play their part in coping with the change.

I think her mom meant putting Anuj first over the tyrant Shahs, so that her past does not hold her back. My gripe remains that why should she even consider Shahs in the list to prioritize?

Oh god! All of the above happened in original😲

I always thought anupama is very ott and excessively dramatic but this sreemoyee is even 10 steps ahead of anuapama😆

Everytime I read about some track in original i just pray that anupama makers don't copy original😆

I understand your pov but I think there is a strong reason why anupama's mother said all that. She knows and till now it has been proved several times that anupama is selfless. If left on her she will never prioritise herself or her happiness over the shahs and her children and she just wanted to ensure that anupama gives importance to right kind of people in her life.

Anupama's children will always be her priority but shahs are very manipulative. They always make her believe that even after her children are grown ups, even after their father, step mother, baa bapuji are there but still somehow everytime anupama is needed 24*7 in shah house to work her a** off like maid. Thats what we have seen till now in the show. Kanta knows this and the fact that being good and empathetic nature is anupama's weakness so she will tends to ruin her own life for ungrateful shahs. Thatswhy she gave that advice.

Nahi sreemoye mein bahut si चीजें अच्छी भी थी.usme रोहित ने sreemoye ko shaadi ke naad use english sikhaya kyonki sreemoye ko business meeting mein conversatipon problem hoti thi aur Rohit use translate karke bata tha

यहाँ pe anuj ko sosift heart dikhaya but Rohit ko soft heart utna nahi dikhaya

Jub June ( kavya) ne sen family ki property li और patralekha means, leela ko naukrani banaya to yeh patralekha ne Rohit se request ki please meri madad karo Rohit did not want help patralekha e due to her bad behavior to sreemoye

Initially Rohit made fun of patralekha that is leela but after lot of request he agree to help her

Aur isme aise filler episode bhi nahi dikhaya jaise anupama mein dikha raha hain aur har track proper beginning and proper ending dikhayei

But anupama mein har cheej inhone mix karke rakh diya hai but sreemoye mein उन्होने tracks jo mix nahi kiya
