It's not clear from monologue he assumes J must have told fateh. And also that sandhus don't know otherwise rupi wud have told him. Not sure if he saw fateh. He just wants to save himself and is wondering y tejo is acting and wat she knows abt fire etc.

There's lots of shock, when F showed their pics, esp wedding pics and she might empathise. Tho bts shows they are roaming together and are friends.
