Well it's not like Baaghi 2 was masterpiece but that was Blockbuster.

Initial hype is important. The movie already had a bad rep before it released. And on top of that the actual movie, music and all were crap. While Tiger has a good following but he is not Sallu or SRK yet, who have fans who will gobble up and atleast give a good openings to their favorite.

Plus as Tutul said, a launde lapade favorite actress is important.

And ofcourse let's not forget it released in month end, people will rather watch KgF2 with month end money than watch this.
