None of them lol

That will decide your movie fate 😆

ME: DDLJ

What does that say about me? Hopeless romantic?

Also, is it weird that I like Lagaan the best out of these 3? But I can't watch it again

I haven’t watched Lagaan, DDLJ is entertaining but I can’t relate to some of my cray cray friends who used to book trips to Europe n literally fantasize about meeting their own Raj. Trust me, they exist.

I can’t believe you would even list Dabangg up there. 😆 but I did watch the first one—don’t ask my why or how! Hard pass!

So that probably means none of them. What’s my movie fate?

I don’t think I have a type … I think Bollywood just needs to up its game!

you are a hopeless romantic but not because you like DDLJ. 😆

I don’t think Lagaan is an entertaining movie …. I can imagine sitting through it only if I was catching up with someone after a long time, so it wouldn’t feel like a drag.

I don't know about that, but South Indian movies are the worst movies I have ever seen. Tried watching 1 or 2 and got a headache. So incredibly crass. Not talking about the arty movies, but the mainstream stuff. Mainstream Bollywood>>>>>>>Mainstream south Indian movies ANY DAY

Problem with what you said is those arty movies ARE mainstream movies in the South. They make money. Mercury, Vikram Vedha, D-16, Kumbalangi Nights, Ayyappanum Koshiyum, Mumbai Police etc.

Only by Bollywood's standards will they be considered arty😆. For us, they are regular movies.

What you call mainstream south movies are like south's version of Tees Maar Khan, Dabangg, etc. Catering to the lowest common denominator.

So when you compare, please do it with actual mainstream vs. mainstream.

I wouldn’t know cuz the only South movies I’ve seen are Bahubali and Makkhi ….😆 And they were both brilliant! And there was another one on Netflix about a girl who builds a tea empire in the US, that was pretty cool too.

but I *have* seen random trailers n clips of south movies that are clearly targeting their regional audience more than anyone else! Not my cup of tea either!

Both, this is like asking mom or dad.

Now if the question one which was better movie, its first IMO, but which one I liked, can't choose.
