VK is both Varun and ram, but nandini is not priya!

Ram's bio mom is sara and priya!! That just makes sense.

That Ram has 2 mother figures- nandini and his bio mom(equivalent of sara and priya together)

And two father figures- bio dad and vk( equivalent of varun and ram together)
