It’s like these channels want to perpetuate the ill treatment of women in society.
They want women to remain subjugated. After all only then they would make money on such an audience.

The scary part is what if women especially young ones start believing that this is love .Everything endured by SAI in the name of love is really justified.
We are trying so hard to get to a place where women & men are treated equally . But with serials like these looks like we will never be able to :(
@bold
This is exactly what actually occurred in case of another star plus show
People were so happy to see the male lead manhandle the female lead in name of love and being obsessed with it.
@ blue
And unfortunately ITV which is the most widespread industry of all is doing nothing to help us achieve that.
Even educated people are getting influenced and deeming it normal :(

We do have a few shows on Sony or other channels like wise
But they aren’t as popular as Star plus or other channels for that matter
Hence aren’t taken much a note off.
Because unfortunately even audiences who are educated and understands the portrayal is wrong also watches it and maybe probably think its okay subconsciously
