Infact, when ITV actors/actresses work in OTT shows, their acting is so different and nuanced than their daily soap acting.

They have a lot of potential but it's under-utilised in ITV

They do. It's sad that the audience doesn't realize it.

Go to the unveiling thread and read Tirchi and my post on the Adi-Ram car outside the KM scene and you'll see how the writers have done a brilliant job today. I think on page 82.
