I don't know why she can't remember how he humiliated her in the restaurant for the break up party, let's leave this aside.

Anu was her comfort person in a way, she had started to depend on him. She can't just switch on and off, especially not GG, who was always emotionally vulnerable. The girl clung on people that matters, her dad is her whole world, she definitely isn't in the state to throw anu out, be more assertive. In fact, she still trusts him to look after everything. Gg still cannot be independent, especially not emotionally. Especially not now.

Somehow, anubhav is unconsciously manipulating her to stay with her. He is closed off on insaniyat and cannot leave GG alone. Unfortunately, in such cases, society blames only the girl.
