I disagree. We were not played. We knew that eventually shaadi will happen and V will support Sai. But point was will V speak up - and he has chosen to be mute- and to let it slide for now instead of straight up say- NO to the conditions of BK and STILL go head and marry Sai because they are 2 consenting adults who want to be together. He knew in his dream what Sai's choice would be but he has asked her to "trust" him instead of telling his "respected" Kaku to not speak rubbish. Fantastic messaging

Any word on Virat’s transfer ?

Will he take Sai with him and help her to become doctor there away from CN?

Will he threaten BK to leave the CN if Sai is not allowed to Pursue her dreams ?

EXACTLY. This is NOT one of those situations where he once again does his lets please everyone strategy. He needed to take a strong stand not just for Sai but for the right thing. He is a police officer and instead of him coaxing Sai to be patient, trust him etc, he should be telling BK what he believes in.

In all this it is Sai who is stressed, upset and having a storm of emotions on what is supposed to be the happiest day of her life

The point is not that V is supportive- we knew he cares about her education and career. What matters is how that support is shown.

I LOVED it when he straight up told his family - BK gang that Sai was going to go get admission in medical college despite the objections raised. He tried the understanding tone, made his points but ultimately he was no-nonsense about the fact that the decision of Sai going to college was NOT going to be changed based on what BK wanted. Thats the V I wanted to see today.

That's what I meant... I knew he would support. Never said he won't.

I wanted V to speak up... For Sai.. for their relationship... And positively... just not for the sake of agreeing to BK....

I wanted Sai to go and V to go after her and convince her and then complete the wedding. Not like this 😐

I wanted him to say that while i am glad she wants to be a Chavan... I personally would love her to be Joshi...

I wanted him to credit her for saving his life, Rajeev ka life 😊

well your post makes it seem like we took out unecessary gussa on our keyboards yesterday and that we need not have because it was just a dream. whereas most of us who were taking out gussa were upset that V did not say anything as BK berated Sai, were hoping that he would grow a spine and be loud/clear today but once again our fears have been confirmed- he remains the mute, unnecessarily diplomatic man who has placed being in this joint family with these losers, allowing BK to feel powerful over his marriage, his wife and their happiness together. V once again has chosen his own tactics of non confrontation instead of straight up taking a stand for the right thing.

Yes, its great that he doesnt share their archaic notions and will ultimately be supportive but thats not the point. The biggest plus point of V is that Sai's career and education is valued by him and he always took pride in her achievements. So we know that will stay but we needed to see him the HERO, the ML say a few hard hitting things and not just let it slide.

I know eventually he will be Mr Fixit but this is not how he should be doing it.

Even if he wanted his marriage to get completed without any drama, wanted it done peacefully before he helps Sai in pursuing her career, his over-all behaviour is just so underwhelming. This people pleasing behaviour at this point of the story throws audience off. Only time he ever reacted strongly against his family was for Shruti when they spoke ill about her. Why can't they show him doing the same for his so-called love? 🥱

The only time he kind of stood up for Sai against his family was after his discharge post gun shot. This letting people walk all over Sai until things really go out of his hand & Sai is about to leave him, he doesn't get the jolt to stand up for her ever!!!
