Finished watching the episode. I have a feeling it's Aarohi only who resigned from the hospital. Looking at her face and her behavior she does seem to have some masterplan. Abhi won't ask her to resign as he knows Akshara will again be upset if he does anything to Aarohi. Aarohi’s target is Abhimanyu's happiness and she probably wants to enter the Birla house to ruin his happiness and she'll use Neil to enter that house that's why she has put her career on backburner now.

I fast forwarded Goenkas rona dhona scenes. The Birla family scene was good. Loved the way everyone did that with plate and spoon to finish rest of the marriage preparations on a good note with a clean and pure mind.

I think Mahima and Aarohi will join hands. Mahima's target is Akshara and Aarohi’s target is Abhimanyu. Both want Abhira marriage to break. Aarohi will make Akshara suffer with the help of Mahima to give pain to Abhimanyu and Mahima will enjoy Akshara's suffering.

Anyways the next few episodes are gonna be fun. Can't wait for the Jaipur episodes.
