Who pays the loan doesn't matter na..
The bakery was already on loan , for which MS and Meera both had to pay monthly EMI..
Priya used to pay her part without default , but MS didn't pay, then the bank threatened ki apna aapas me ladlo , at the end of the day if either party does default, it would be confiscated.
So Priya takes another personal loan with 20% interest to pay the EMI default of MS, which Ram helped her waive off..
But half of the bakery still belongs to MS..
I think MS would have been forced to give Meera half of bakery as divorce settlement..
Otherwise I don't understand how it is a joint property..
If its Meera's ancestral property, it won't be on loan
So MS must have given half the bakery cunningly, so that the self respect wale girls would take up half the EMI, even after EMI they must hv managed to get profit , but then MS started doing default in his part too
Yeah, it is something like this. But i think the land in which bakery is built belong to MS & MM jointly while the business is owned by Sara, Sara probably entered a partnership agreement with MS (&MM too) to start the business on their land, that’s why the profit sharing and alternative month payment of EMI.
And yes, Priya took personal loan to pay off the business loan.
