She was never interested in the land as she has given it to Sahil because she was paid the insurance money .. wining the case didn't make any difference to her

She was introduced to him in one of the functions. Then rakhi comes and tell them that MS have another family too.

But i don't think she knew MS🤔

That's why i think shivi has a major connection to the land and the truth.

Also that land is given to both shivina and shubham as shubham also is part of the project but nandini specified shivina to ram not shubham.
