Krish is connected, he is from Ram's mother's side. Probably VK is alive. THat will bring Arjuna/Krishna connection

Somebody has sent Krish to save Ram ... He cant appear all of a sudden, he should have a backstory

If you do a gender flip and make Nandini as Ravan, she can be that lady who had a bad past ...Again VK meeting Nandini at a restaurant always made me think that she was sent there to lure him

That's why i said yesterday quoting doodle's post that nandini is mohini maybe. She was a distraction to keep VK out of something. Here a lot of characters have multiple roles.
