Kumar & Babber were into the real estate business. They were also into money laundering or some other illegal activities. The new business that VK was going to start for Ram may be a coverup for the same. If the land is near some port ie in Mumbai, illegal activity is justified. The land belongs to VK and it was used as surety for the new business venture of VK

As their real estate business was under loss and they had to continue money laundering, Babbar must have planned the killing of Kumar for the insurance claim. VK got a whiff of it. He wanted to safeguard Kumar, and took Ram's car. Hence called up Ram to have the blue file (it may have money laundering and illegal activities) details.

The insurance should have been paid. Saahil must have paid Nandini too for sure. He made Vedika marry Shashi so that the business remains saved. So Vedika's money becomes Babbar's

The nameplate was purely stolen by MS to save himself. Varun is the sole witness of this accident

Agreed, MS is not Ravan. Ravan in his human birth on earth, went through the entire human cycle of birth, life and death. He was not aware of him being an incarnation of Jaya (just like we don't remember our previous lives). I think it was only on his death bed that he became aware of it (multiple opinions here). Even L. Ram was oblivious to his divinity. Only Krishan ji was aware of his own divinity all along.

Yes, Ravan was a very learned man and a scholar. In my culture on Dusherra day, we make an atte ka ravan and worship him to learn from his wisdom, exactly as L. Ram did when Ravan was on his deathbed.

Lanka - Ravan and Kuber half brothers, it was forcibly taken by ravan from kuber

Kingdom of ayodhya - the only exception because the brothers Ram and Bharat are the ideal brothers.
