Surri, surri, dear Chirpy. This time I don't agree with you all.

1) This affirmation may count only in the English language. But hear the French Je t'aime and you hear a wor(l)d of difference. Not to mention the Spanish Te Adoro etc. 😃

2) I wrote 'may' because we should not forget that we're looking here at 'mature' love, and her coming up with the 7-word phrase is actually very cute.
Apart from the fact that it shows she has a much better understanding of English than usually ascribed to her 😆

3) Also, this is a new sensation to her (though, watching Epi 1 of the OTT - ucckk - she apparently had love feelings for V at that time 🤢). So, a combination of fear (of exposing herself to criticism) and coyness would keep her from using such obvious words like ILU.

But, again, her referring to it during the Valentine's Day scene and later when she came up with I maan you, clearly shows she is well aware of its meaning and importance. She has just come up with this IMU thing as a form of secret language protecting their precious relation from toxicity outside !

Well,I understand where you are coming from,but nowdays I love you is very casually thrown away, so I believe it's kinda lost its exclusivity.

And also every couple has their own definition of love,so Anu making her own version of I love You isn't really weird for me.

Plus,even samar and nandini had their own thing like LOL (lots of love), so yeah.

I found the episodes very beautiful,but each to his own🤗
