Shivi is Ram Kapoor's sister so any affluent family would be eager to get this alliance going. So why Nandini wanted ONLY Sid?

Shashi wanted this marriage bcz he was going bankrupt and nandini didn't know at that time that babbar are bankrupt!

Shashi and nandini would have controlled ram more through shivina if she had married Sid!

Also since babbars already had the land in their capture shivina getting married would have given her access to that land eventually!

I think that land was nandini's gift for having shivina, that land technically always belonged to shivina and Nandini was trying to make sure she gets it through Sid!🤔
