I watched old episodes last night..

first thing that I realized that writer got changed to Prakriti mukherjee from 12 march episode when They went kurukshetra….

and next to girish dhimija from 1 april… when she is leaving for academy..,

second thing I realized that post 12th march, drama quotient is increased and comedy quotient has gone down…

currently the comedy which we got served like Meety smacking down all attempts of Meetwa of romance is cringeworthy … just watch the episodes before 12 march and you will understand what kind of comedy gold we got … jb Banni chao ki date hi ni ayi h .. damini ko wapas le aao na .. aise to show bnd ho jayega … 😭

Yeh log change karte hi kyu hai? The first one had a stronghold in comedy and also whatever romance scenes we got, but I assume wrt to drama they wanted more... bcz tabhi the murder had been introduced and pace was superfast according to many. I dont know how to compare MA's hospital sequence and TA's chidiya ud waking up seq with Babita's tandav when the writer was the same!

Then they brought in this second one who was maybe thought to be good with drama but it turned out to be melodrama and pukeworthy comedy😵... thank god then they changed her.

Now this new one also maybe better in drama and hopefully romance too... comedy I hope he does well bcz thats not easy. Comedy kum hi rakho nahi tho 😭 But agree, logical is to bring back the original screenplay writer and send new one to the new show.

Ye Banni chow is a remake na? Usme starting mein Comedy hai kya? ML is mentally challenged na ... phir comedy not needed.

I checked pichle week k stats… anyone can … click on chaskameter ratings ..go to bottom … you can see ratings per week .. so followers 40 te .. activity 14… views 27…ratings 405 , buzz 71 …

Are ha... neeche hai week by week... i didnt scroll down.

Activity is a huge jump... maybe because a lot many threads were active together?... and becoming pink as well... and there were a few red threads too last week.. views not a very big jump though. Maybe because the unique accounts viewing the threads are the same 3-4 ppl 😆

Waisa not defending or anything. But the first writer was the one jiske douran majnu Meetwa, psycho Manushi, and most-understanding wifey Mila tha. Ha positive factors the par negative bhi the. And comedy ka quotient Kam horaha as story is progressing. They relationship has progressed to a much more serious and intimate one. But they do try to serve some comedy. I just hope it doesn't come on Meetwa's expense. I was watching that hands pe glue lagne wala clip. Suddenly, I felt yaar yeh humara hi Meetwa hain na? I mean there is nothing wrong in that Meetwa. But I remember we were debating back then ki does he love Meety/ does he not love Meety. Tab jaisa Meety ko dekhta that na aur ab jaisa dekhta hai usme Zameen asmaan ka fark hai aisa lagta hain. Man they have progressed ❤️!

Waisa Shanty is a really good performer yaar. Iske Saath deh hi saakte hain kuch hit-miss comedy scenes of Meety. Like Meety scaring the living crap out of him.

The kind of comedy like the one after training tho mujhe in earlier stages of the show bhi nahi dekhni hai 😵

Haan abhi they have progressed but comedy does not mean like acting funny etc. What is meant is light heartedness actually which is the USP of Meet². They can be light hearted and also romantic.

Do you remember giraffeji scene?

Or the 3 conditions scene when packing for pagphere?

Thats their USP... when fighting also they respect each other and serve cute scenes. Of course now intensity level and romance should be higher than before. Which we can see in the engagement ring scene recently and also the necklace scene.

There is a definite shift in dynamics though the scenes are light hearted.

We should not have scenes like the cricket gear scene.

And then we also need just pure romantic/intense scenes of which more I think are in the line. So we will see more of it.
