If she has gone on a personal trip then it is unprofessionalism but if she has gone for a professional tour then she should have planned it on some other days while making contract keeping ps in mind..

It would have been a good thing if she was absent from the epsiodes, like krish. But they always take close ups of her expressions and use body double and a kidnapping or accident track to compensate for her absence, the episodes and scenes look disjointed and spoils the flow of the story.
