Abhi has been talking the big talk and his elder family memebers have been taunting him. Only his mother has continously told him no matter what to stand by in the marriage and by Akshara. Elder Gonekas have also given advice regarding marriage how no couple is perfect and it's okay you are going to run into problems but again the advice it is all how you manage and handle those issues.
So you have two sides stating their side. Birlas seem to have given up in their marriages or have become so bitter about their martial problems that they just spew their discontent onto others. Because they didn't have the courage or didn't want to work at their marriage they just stew in their anger when triggered. I do wonder about Harshvardhan's words. Did he lose trust is that why he treats Manjari so badly? Or was some sort of perceived mistrust? Could Mahima have done something to cause the misunderstanding between Manjari and Harshvardhan?
Anyways, Gonekas are the only ones giving the positive advice. If Abhi blows up I can understand. But I don't think he will leave Akshara. As for Akshara, girl is a tubelight sometimes. But she is not at fault here. She told but the unfortunate thing is she didn't check who exactly she told.
It will be interesting if we actually get everything exposed tomorrow. Maha episodes usually do not give us anything. I actually thought the romantic dancing would be tomorrow but the makers crammed every romantic scene of Abhira together in this episode the editing was so bad it made the whole episode super choppy. Like the romantic dance I thought they would show them dancing and then get close and look into each other's eyes while they are doing the ballroom type dance/hold and queue the dance outside with the water and then you end with them realizing they are on the stage and everyone teasing them. Seriously the editors 
Some of the filming has gotten better with wide angle shots but the editors are chopping everything up 
First thing I want Abhi to do is talk to Akshara alone about the video and have them hash it out. But I know that won't happen because makers need drama with one lead getting the rug pulled out from under them. My bet is Abhi sees but wants to talk to Akshara but can't and he hides this until he can speak with her. Mahima thinks she will see fireworks but no such thing is going to happen unless she somehow gives the infor to Harshvardhan. He is the only other person in the Birla family that can blow their top. He is back up if Abhi’s volcano remains dormant

And I really loved this post. I just wrote an answer to someone's else post saying that Abhi's insecurities are ultimately rooted in his family dynamics. He has grown up seeing no love nor respect nor understanding between any of the married couples in his family. Specifically when it comes to his parents, he sees Manjari giving her all to Harsh, but Harsh prioritizing everyone and everything above her. How we grow up shapes how we ourselves act in our relationships. And, Akshu choosing Aarohi over him during tialk 1/the months that followed triggered the insecurities he had developed from his childhood. After that, even the smallest things started setting him off. For instance, Akshu was not wrong to stop him from hitting Kairav during the Anisha track, but he saw that as her choosing her family. And then with the marbles -- it was a joke during a stupid game, but he got triggered. This is very normal -- when your deepest insecurities are left unaddressed.
As for Harsh giving advice, I'd rather not go there. In my opinion, he was just taking this opportunity to instigate Abhi, like he always does. Even if something happened that made him lose trust in Manjari, the way he abuses her and treats her is unacceptable. He is the last person who should be giving relationship advice. But, I do think that Manjari is also not as innocent as she seems.
There has been a lot of talk about trust in the past few episodes. Trust means nothing if you don't act on it. It is easy to do trust ka jaap, but it is harder to stand by it in the most difficult moments. Akshu upheld her end of the trust in this relationship when she went to tell Abhi the accident truth the second the found out and confirmed with Aarohi. Now, it is Abhi's turn. He himself has said in the past that Akshu can mess up, but she is not dishonest. Will he remember everything that happened and piece it all together in the heat of the moment or will he lose his cool?
I agree with you that Abhi is going to try to talk to Akshu in private. We might get some sort of "kyun kyun kyun" type situation happening again. Mahima's plan is surely going to backfire, because this is just a set up for her to hate Akshu even more.
As for the video, I still think 2 other people did the accident and that will be revealed later!
