That gold digger comment of Fateh has hurt her to the core , she already was hating herself for loving him , this tape leak mu has killed her.

This sentence hits her on the worst spots. It insulted every bit of being which she loves. Like she is anything but a gold digger she was able to love Fateh when he was a completely useless person. She was the one supporting him when he was living away from his family. Eating dry bread with him. Like she is the kind of women who will stand by you doesn't matter how rich or poor you are, and still will keep your self respect in tact. Remember the time when he had no money how she gave him money for ice cream and yet added that she is lending him. .. She's so tactful.

And another thing he also insulted the job of a teacher. It might not mean to him but this job means world to her. It has been shown earlier that she loves her profession.

She was ok with him breaking her heart again because she knew she was at fault but he hurt her soul and character with those sentences
