Sorry to say Ayesha never used to scream..she had a punch which even modhumita failed to do...
Anyways everyone has their own perspective..
That show has awesome bunch of actors for supporting characters..
If I'm not wrong this is Yasha's fourth show right..
Vanker needs to buckle up for both shows..

I like Ayesha but she still does scream tho & doesn't have control over that squeaky voice even now, she literally sounds like herself on-screen at times. She's improved but it's not enough. Long way to go but yes she's better than Yesha but she's also ameture as an actress. It's plain blasphemy to even think she acts better than Madhumita or her performance as Sai is better or on same level as Madhumita as Imon. *Edited by DT* She shouldn't even be put in same breathe as Madhumita. Madhumita literally embodied Imon. Here Ayesha got an authorbacked character in form of Sai which hides her visible weak acting chops. Infact her babish face makes Sai look weak & timid at times. Whereas Madhumita managed to look both kind as well as fierce keeping acting aside which is another thing. Infact cuz of Ayesha's voice I can't take Sai seriously at times, happened in past too. *Edited by DT* I've huge softspot for Ayesha personally cus of my dislike for ML & PL but in acting no. Acting is subjective, it's about perspective & all yada yada but definitely not when she's put in same sentence with someone like Madhumita. She's an all rounder incredibly well crafted artist since her young age. Be it acting, dancing, craft, nuances. She was only 21 or so when she did KD. Look at her range, she even managed to outdo a legend like Aparajita Ghosh in many scenes that speaks volumes. Those two ladies have more talent in their toenail than entire Ghum cast put together. For example Imon's breakdown before her accident itself is better than everything Ghum cast has done together so far. She's on whole different level. Or there's another scene after Pekhom's birth when Imon carries her (real very small kid not even a year) daughter in her arms while giving it back to Ronno. Her body language, mannerisms, style was so effin real & she made it look so convincing. I've hardly seen few actors on TV to do it so well. Ayesha can't ever pull that off atleast in this show. You can see easily her acting has so much fineness, crisp & details, so polished. Her eyes literally speaks & she can act through it, express everything, doesn't even need dialogues whereas Ayesha appears total blank so very often. Her screen presence itself is so powerful which overshadows others. Anyone with basic acting knowledge who understands wouldn't ever find Ayesha better actress than Madhumita. See Ayesha works really hard & has the zeal to learn and improve, get better, she also acknowledges but she needs lot of grooming & honing...
Madhumita acts better than all the actresses of TV who are deemed as best in Hindi belt except the likes of Pooja Sharma, Aditi Dev Sharma, Rati Pandey, Sriti Jha as she belongs to same league as these actresses.

Literally none other than those who've extreme bias for her would even compare her with Madhumita. The general popular actual opinion is there to see in non-FDs. People may not like or agree everything I wrote here except msin I guess cus people don't like hearing truth of her acting chops. I'm sure msin would agree with me on this everything I wrote above...
The speciality of Ayesha is her emotional scenes - she is able to bring her soul in a lot of these scenes. That squeakiness in her voice sometimes - that is her biggest drawback. I still believe she has great potential - very few TV actresses have this soulful ability about them. I personally find her one of the best TV actress I have ever seen - but that may definitely be my bias. 😛 Her test will be - if she is really able to become versatile - do well in different kinds of roles.

Ayesha is the most popular one of all versions..im just a normal audience.. Those who can connect me through their acting why I would give them credit... If I keep on finding flaws on every single thing then I will not be enjoy the show..
Madhumita has groomed herself only in OTT platforms.. TV is not her thing.. She is doing very good job now.. I have watched her recent uttoron.. Fab she was
Ayesha flaws doesn't hide behind her powerful character... TV industry in India gives you very little chance to explore yourself.. If your show is successful you enjoy the fruits....sad reality.. However while I believe Ayesha isn't perfect but she has internalised Sai better than Madhumita as emon.. Likewise Madhumita is doing better in OTT platforms..
When did popularity become measurement of who's talented or not or better?
Also it's obvious Sai will be most popular as Ghum is pan India show & so is it's appeal and presence. Madhumita herself is extremely popular in her own right on social media despite coming from Bengali that too from TV which speaks volumes.

She has potential I too believe that but it's not & can't ever be tapped if continues working with these bunch of people. That's why I want her out of this comfort zone called Ghum to see how she fares under guidance of good director, professional team & cast. That will be her ultimate test IMO.
I don't agree about emotional scenes part tho but I appreciate that atleast you are honest enough to admit your bias WHICH IS NOT WRONG/BAD at all. It's okay we all are biased towards some atleast better than hiding behind mask of a neutral, general normal audience when it's evident you're nothing but a blind fanatic.
See none outside the Ghum fd would agree on this Ayesha vs Madhumita thingy or Ayesha's acting so if so many people feel that way so obviously there's must some truth to it so many people can't be wrong. But having said that Ayesha's also not as bad as she's being made out by people who thrashes her badly on twitter. However I get those who actually found Sai irritating despite loving her character cus of Ayesha's acting. Ayesha ends up laughing or about to control her laugh in between scenes, I've seen this so many times. She'll never get better & learn if she doesn't step out of Ghum and cockroch ph.
My opinion is that Ayesha has tremendous screen presence. She might not be a TV diva like Sanaya or Drasthi Dami, but she has strong screen presence like say Smriti irani, or Juhi Parmar. With a character like Sai, she is 'etching' a personality that people could connect to lifelong.
If Ghum runs for even 3-4 years, she will be a household name like Tulsi or Kumkum. The advantage she has is that Sai will be a highly educated, financially independent woman which goes well with younger generation and hence she will be remembered/popular on SM too. What she achieves is in her hands and destiny but the fact is "Sai helped Ayesha, and Ayesha elevates Sai" which happens very rarely as per my limited observation.
PS: The squeakiness has become signature voice for Sai. 👍🏼
I haven't watched KD so don't know Madhumita at all.
Among the new crop of actors, Ayesha does have a great screen presence. I remember who said this about her...it was Aishwarya in one of Ayesha's day out. And she is right.
Acting wise, she is pushing herself a lot. Learning from others because there's zero guidance. If she laughs between scenes, it's the leeway the director gives ..just like Aishwarya is caught scratching😆
Ayesha has to work harder because she doesn't have much support.
Certain emo scenes she does make me cry and light scenes, she still manages to infuse freshness though its the same Sai being chirpy scenes.
She has a long way to go. But she's still better than a lot of her contemporaries except Sumbul I think who is really good. Her dialogue delivery can be improved a lot.
But she's still my current favourite...😆
