Filming will continue in Mumbai tomorrow, filming was postponed due to the rise in covid cases, but now that the covid cases are decreasing the team will resume shooting tomorrow, they have made a set and they will shoot a song, its a 12 day long schedule

Alia Bhatt-Ranveer Singh to resume 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' with a 12-day schedule, starting tomorrow - Exclusive!

Almost all was set for 'Lights, Camera, Action' on a big song of 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt at Reliance Studio in Film City (Goregaon East) for January 10. Finishing touches were being given to the set on January 9, when reports of cases being infected with the Omicron variant started flying in heaps that afternoon and so the film's maker Karan Johar decided that he should call 'Stop'.

But now, with the cases having dropped a bit and the situation in Mumbai somewhat under control, Karan has decided to go ahead with that shoot from tomorrow.

ETimes brings you this exclusive story of resumption on the Dharma Productions film in the making. We also have it that it's a 12-day schedule. Ranveer and Alia will shoot not just the song but perhaps a few scenes as well.

So yeah, the set that was erected for the January 10 shoot was not brought down. Alia and Ranveer shall commence on the same set, which is currently being cleaned up thoroughly.
