Can't believe people try to hype NM ki chindi acting from BALH2 aajkal all over Twitter.....zameen aasmaan ka farak hai in the sharpness of his acting as Shivaay especially in these Vanvaas epis v/s whatever unkempt looking hamming he is doing in BALH2😆

These scenes still hit just as hard even though I visited them after what feels like 3 years almost....just look at all of them bringing their A game as a cast....even full botox faced Jhanvi Aunty....haha and ofcourse apni Pinky Aunty toh ace thi hi

Great Wall of Shivaay bhi kya character tha bhai - aura of a character ise kehte hain....and people claim yeh chindi wannabe torchbearers of feminism like this Udhaarwala ASR are wow? 😆

Exactly!!! And iska bhi kya drinks vanaya tha this was a rare tukka week.. aaj bhi solid feels aate hain and atleats for the 1 week it was worth the intezaar and Bait and switch they kept doing for kvera year.. lol isko and yeh wannabee tuche jaaniya ko mana is like crime of the highest order..

LOL haan NM toh chalta rahega apni PR skills pe hyping every random project he does....but Shivaay ko kabhi nahin match kar paayega apne career mein.....baaki toh iska downward graph hi hai ab in terms of both acting and grooming....lol kya ajeeb lagte hain iske baal aajkal.

Revisiting this epi just reminded me that for all the groupbaazi, the makers still knew how to utilize their ensemble cast better in IB than in Imlie.....kya kachumbar banaya Ts ka when they had a pretty good ensemble cast there......and ab 2 Rs Rathores se chalaane ka try kar rahe hain.....lol no wonder it's flopping.

I am here to😭😭 about my phooti kismat because even K drama couldn't give me a happy ending for the OTP🤣.

Aisa Adilie style 💔mila mujhe in the guise of realistic approach for 1st love😡.

Same as Adilie relationship saara foundation of respect, admiration, support for each other, love went hawa because apparently they couldn't handle long distance relationship🤪.

And jale pe namak chidakne ke liye everyone else from the friends group got a happy ending🤢🤣.

Both the characters behaves OOC just for the break up to happen.

So I went & re- watched one of my other fav K drama Reply 1988 which was slice of life as well as gave me 2 OTPs ka happy ending😆.

One of my fav tracks from IB❤️. The build up as well as the vanvaas track.

Shivaay will remain one of my fav. characters because he had agency. Aaj kal ke writers are hell bent on not giving agency to the main characters & being all majboor at the hands of the villains for no reason at all.

SSO was the peak for NM. It is going to be hard to get anything as iconic again for him. That is the true case for almost all the actors barring few like Ronit Roy & Ram Kapoor. Well let NM be happy hyping his current character & project- it is his bread & butter after all😆.

Edit: I will re-watch IB I guess because KKIS I am going to skip until the Maya & AS show stops & the shaadi actually happens. SG is the only show I am currently following. Swaran ka thappad to that Vikram was so satisfying.

theya re right in their place though they have been left int he cold.. humiliated to Next level and gun chup akreke dekhti rahi uski maa manipuakted her words ke gun ko force kia jaa rha haia nd BP ki itni beizzati hui unko chor kaha and all.. anu got drunk and sachmain risht tod dia and truth tea spill kardi.. gun kinda got trapped but the K family feels betrayed caz it does look liek she palnned it with her parents to humiliate them

Oh waah, Tulsi Maata used to talk about searching for her identity beyond patni zone even way back when? 😆......Mujhe khaas memory nahin hai cuz I never watched the show regularly.....lol but yeah for all the criticism this era of shows get, they still had 100 times better content than Fliplie and Jaaniya bhagwaan crap....lol

I guess language koi bhi ho, writers ki basic limitations are more or less the same....they don't know how to stay true to the journey of characters. In the name of doing something open-ended, they undo everything and claim it was all too "high brow" for fans to get😆

@bold: Yes, this exactly. It's become a serious turnoff to see this level of contrivance with leads just being suddenly turned mute or clueless about villains ke iraade or flipping overnight.....earlier shows mein bhi leads had their dumb phases but is level ka overnight flip bhi nahin hota tha in which villains come off as some ablas jo "dil se achhe hain", bas 2-4 "casual" criminal acts kar rahe hain .....yeh jo naya fashion laaye hain where leads are rendered selectively mute and villains ke manipulations are glorified as "layered writing"....lol this is the downfall aajkal.....it's such obviously lazy writing cuz they seem incapable of writing larger vision waale plots...bas logon ko mute kar do, usse MU wala kuch drama kar do and bol do it's just "greys of human nature".....lol sabko ek basket mein daal do and then pander to morchebaazi fangirls who show up for their lame morchas to justify such pathetic writing.....lol

Anyways yes, Shivaay was one of the last good ones from that stable....lol Adi toh waise bhi inki writing capacity se baahar tha, pata nahin wahaan kaise phass gaya.....lol

IB ka rewatch I keep doing on and off toh woh is always a good backup to revisit. SG is decent too.

KKIS mein looks like for now they will fixate on dragging out this iteration of shaadi tootna....lol filhaal Akriti madam ko chadhaane ka phase chalega since senior Ks have all flipped big time into hating Gun and being all impressed by this Akriti....lol bas Golu gang hi lagta hai abhi bhi unki side.
