I thought that Mahima yelling at Akshu in front of the patients was totally uncalled for. It is extremely disrespectful. Anything that she wanted to say should have been said in private. Akshu is a therapist and deserves to be treated with dignity, especially in terms of patients. Yes, her permission should have been taken, but she should have handled it in an entirely different way.

Also, Mahima is clearly acting out of jealously more than anything else, and especially after Anand's words, she is even more triggered and insecure. Before, Akshu was just threatening her position and power at home, but now it is the hospital too.

That look she gave to Aarohi as she was leaving-- these two jealous women might team up against Akshu now....

Goenka's cannot enforce their rituals on Birla's. They are free to do what they want but they can't ask Birla's to do their rituals when Birla's don't believe in them.

Even regarding patient - I agree. Its her patient so Akshu need to ask Mahima before providing music therapy. There is nothing wrong in Akshu giving music therapy but its nice to ask the Dr of the patient before any kind of therapy. But, Mahima shouting at Akshu infront of patients was not nice. That shows Drs dont communicate. Considering Mahima is senior she should teach Akshu and explain her rather than bombarding her like this. And then Anand coming in and mitigating - it just added more fuel to the fire.

And Aarohi witnessing all this drama + Kheer drama - was so uncalled for

Arohi ki or kuch baat ho na ho but kismat sahi hia she is alwasy present at the right place to witness drame and then misuse them to her advantage 🤢
