Well even i don't think its a C-Night. Its more of a beautiful moment b/w them promising of surety & assurance that he only belongs to her & noone else. I guess this is where the 2nd kangan comes in.

Its high time they show physical proximity as its part & parcel of a marriage regardless of what genre a marriage happens so its a good time. C-night definitely on cards & i feel Priya will initiate it to bring it to the next level and this will be her confession and acceptance of love

Oh yeah, fate did bless her with someone who values her not for her looks only, which is secondary, but for her integrity, resolution, determination, strength, care, and principles, to name a few. The most important aspect of Ram falling for Pri is because of all the traits, and he did fall for her gradually. It was NEVER love at first sight for them, which is a huge contrast between Pri and V. In the engagement, when Ram was talking about V, he told Pri in these exact words – “when I first saw her I felt whoever will marry her will be luckiest person in this world.” That itself proved he loved V for her looks and not her character. I doubt Ram even knows, still, what V’s character is.

The more he came to know Pri, the farther he moved away from V. It had to be inevitable. This is a very big difference between his understanding of Pri and V. In the confrontation scene at the office with V, he clearly didn’t know how to handle V because he actually never knew her as a person. Whereas Pri, he knows exactly how to handle her. Ram never fought for V because his love for V was more like an ‘award’ by her whether he will receive it or not, whereas, with Pri, it is about his ‘need.’ If we need something in life, we work for it; work towards it. He will fight heaven and earth to get his need met.

Oh, I am already dreading the separation. He will destroy himself when she leaves. Look at the auto scene and how breathless he looks there!

I also think they will have small intimate moments. I remember Meera maa advised Ram in the early episodes that Pri needs assurance because she believes devoting to one will lead to betrayal, which is happening now without any fault of Ram. So he needs to do a lot of convincing to make her believe that she indeed is the one he loves. Once that is done, I agree with you that Pri will initiate the consummation. That is her way of confessing too.

Physical proximity is needed in any marital relationship. However, they should take it slow. These small assurances will provide Pri with more confidence in their relationship as the days go by.

She was NOT at all ready to listen. She already gave her judgment. Ram knows her well enough when to talk and when to keep quiet. Ram knows that whatever he says will go against him. He didn't clarify about her the very first time she had doubts. In the Diwali episode with Akki, in the charity money, in the bakery, every time he dodged.

At that moment, even if he would have shouted at the top of his lungs, she would not even budge an inch. He can't even show the Akki threatening video to her; it will again plant seeds of doubt in her mind that Akki kinda figured that something is fishy and I didn't. Pri has locked her mind in such a way that any doubt in her mind will throw her into the darkest gallows of her heart.

Ram really handles her well, knowing when to talk and keep quiet. He also knows how to break the ice with her.

So he needs to do a lot of convincing to make her believe that she indeed is the one he loves.

From what they have shown until now - eloquent disclaimers by Ram when Priya is drunk & radio silence when she wakes up sober, a minor correction “paar tha” in passing, still engaging with V without informing P.

Ram is doing a lot convincing indeed!

He has done a lot but he needs to do more. That is why I said the office scene was recorded. Remember how he showed the messages when Pri had doubts about the saree bill? He NEEDS proof at this stage. She is not going to believe him in his words.

I agree Pri was not receptive. But she was even less receptive or able to understand in the drunk bakery scene, phir bhi bola na?

Why is he holding back to tell her “main Vedika se pyaar nahin karta” whatever her mood. He can repeat it till she believes. After all, acc to him it is the truth. And it is the biggest obstacle between them. So why not say it again & again?

Pyaar tha is a pathetic substitute.

The one track i did not like is that Vedika track is not properly closed yet its still open which means she took a temporary exit which is definitely not a good sign. At the same she smartly manipulate Ram again using the meantally unstable card,Vedika track is definitely left open for a purpose.

It will not be closed because next time it will be Priya who will handle Vedika, not Ram. When she got her to KM, she didn’t know her true colors. So next is Priya’s chance to send Vedika back. I think she will be back during separation to get back to Ram
