Yes I am a BJP supporter but I don't want to give any angle to this matter other than truth. Can't say the same about SRK supporters. Anyways hope that truth prevails.

But right now, I feel a there are a lot of conspiracy theories floating. I'd wait for sometime before things get more clear.

When the top agencies become the pawns and toys of the ruling party in any country....there is zero hope for justice....because these agencies are bestowed with too much power to nab anyone...keep them in their custody....frame charges...their powers are endless.....and anyone opposing them...trying to oppose them....ends up like Nawab and Sail...either in jail or dead....we are living in such sad times....I hope SRK realizes who he is up against and just leaves..

Basically, neither Nawab Malik nor Sail made false accusations...

Nawab Malik made the mistake to not only focus on what he could prove about Sameer Wankhede, he also talked about the Wankhede family (a bad move) which ended with the defamation suit.

Sail's allegation weren't supported as ShahRukh and the legal team did not collaborate with the SET (good move). They strictly avoided to get dragged into the Wankhede issue, so the SET had no hard proof for THAT case. Nevertheless, there are still FIRs pending, from others who had to deal with Wankhede.

A lot depends on what the SIT in Delhi concludes. Earlier, I thought, ShahRukh could try to get Aryan acquitted, but I learned that it is not possible because Aryan's case still is linked with the other 19 accused. So, I guess, they have to wait for the chargesheet to go to court...and it is only THEN, everything surrounding the case may come to the fore. Sail would have been a key witness in favour of Aryan as hostile witness against Wankhede and NCB.

You know, even if Sail's death was a genuine heart attack, it would be the consequence of harrassement and frightening him to death.

How narrow-minded and/or mean are those who still support a criminal behaviour from authority's side. At least here I just cock a snook at them. They already proved to not being worth a (serious) debate (imo).

Sameer Dawood Wankhede absolutely did not get a clean chit from the Mumbai Police. The investigation was put on hold until the next order because people who were asked to come give statements never did. Unless they filed an FIR, the police couldn't forcefully summon anyone. People like Pooja never went because they're clearly fearful of the NCBJP nexus. Nobody who is sane is going to outright fight with the government that is known to outright to get people killed - from pogroms to suspicious deaths like Judge Loya.

The accusations Nawab Malik made against the Wanker are currently still in court. The court DID NOT censure Malik about that nor has nothing been disproven considering he submitted all proof. The reason he got in trouble by the court was because he had promised that he won't talk about Wankhede while that case is ongoing but he still kept talking about him.

And for speaking so loudly and boldly, the government found a way to harass him and throw him in a jail for 20 year old case where the law they claim he broke didn't even exist then.

Nobody can fight against power and that too corrupt absolute power.

Now a 36 year witness who dared to go against the ruling government has been declared dead.

SRK and his kids should be very very very careful - I am starting to agree with BlueIce that it is not safe at all for him. I hope they have asylum applications ready just in case. Better to be prepared and cautious ahead of time so you can hightail it if the water gets even hotter.

The @blue is required because of @ red especially because BJP is not going anywhere atleast for the next 10 years..

Any country would welcome SRK and his family with open arms....the only thing is to get Aryan out of this mess and leave......its OK to be afraid for your family when the opponent is evil and very very powerful....no one can fight the govt of their own country when everything from the agencies to the courts are controlled by the Govt...atleast Aryan got help from HC....a few years down the line...even that would be a distant dream...what can one do....no one wants to leave their country like this...especially where they got so much love and their forefathers fought for the country....but times are different now....family comes before anything else....we all saw what happened to SRK when Aryan was in jail....imagine that happening to Aryan again...or to Suhana...that will kill him...he will die....its better to keep the pride on the side and just leave...

This is a false equivalence. Sushant was important to absolutely nobody. There is no motive for anyone to do anything to him. Witnesses dying suspiciously happens all the time especially in countries with hardline rulers.

Apart from that too, SSR bots attack random innocent people who had nothing to do with him and have created an intense hate movement hand in hand with a certain political party.
