In my mind, shiva was completely indifferent to that kiss. Hona na hona ek hi baat thi. He only ever addressed or gave it any attention when raavi kept bringing it up. Otherwise, it meant nothing

If anything, disha harrassed him by kissing him without his permission

It was not consent but we also didn't got any reluctance rather his shtty attitude on Raavi for spoiling his moment 😡

That must be because he is Raavi and Sargun's friend and neighbour. And also may be because he didn't get any other show after KHKT
