Only think is when she knows he is not there type of person to bother his ex when she was married then why does she think that he would not respect his marriage and two time her.

She is made to think that Ram is sacrificing his love for Vedu Bada. That's her problem. "Main do pyaar karne waalon ke beech nai aana chahti." She knows Ram is not two timing. She thinks Ram is unable to get out of this situation, so she gave him time . 🤪

My interpretation is...

I think in her heart she knows that Ram is not having an affair.. but she is very sure that Ram is still in love with his ex. (she is blinded by the betrayal baggage she is carrying and as someone mentioned her inferiority complex and refuses to believe despite all Rams actions that he is now interested in her) That's why she said that now that V is free.. if he wants they can separate.
