In this track, I am getting Urmila (Laxman's wife) vibes here from Shivi. The way Akki told off Vedika to stay away from RaYa, Akki was like Laxman and Vedika was like Supnakha (well, makers themselves brought up the comparison). Urmila's relationship suffered because Laxman went to vanwas with Ram and Sita. It seems same would happen with ShiKki when Akki stands up for RaYa.

Edit: I just remembered Ram said to Vedika, when she was raising her voice against Akki, that Akki was his brother. (much to Shubhu's annoyance 🤣)

Yes, you're right. I saw Akki as Laxman.

These are some POINTERS I could sense from today's episode:

Pri to Ram: “You can choose the one who was your first choice and last love.“

It reminded me of Oscar Wilde's quote - “Men always want to be a woman's first love - women like to be a man's last romance.”

Ramayan reference:

Laxman warned Surpanakha not to come near Ram-Sita.

Surpanakha [V] sent the message to Sita [Pri], but Pavan [hanuman] distracted her from seeing it.

Ram to Pri: "Glass se peena mat agar maine naa di ho toh" (golden deer).

Ram to Pri: "Tum meri suno, tab naa" - Sita [Pri] to not listen to Ram and goes after the golden deer

[mirage – Pri to desire and Ram would tell her not to, but she won’t listen to him]

Pri to Ram: "I believe in defeating my pain" and Ram: Pain reliever

So, Pri will be abducted (lured / golden deer) by [Nandini or may be Shashi/MS]

Holika Dahan reference:

The message was seen by Holika [Shivi] and Prahlad [Ram]. Nandini (king Hiranyakashyap) instructed Holika to take Prahlad and sit in the fire. [We saw this in Munni badnam hui song.]

Ramayan - Holika Dahan reference:

Shivi to Ram: Bhai, I will harm myself this time. If Laxman leaves, Holika [Shivi] will harm herself. So, Nandini will make sure Akki leaves, and he will accompany Ram.

Pri to Ram: "You can choose the one who was your first choice and last love."

Ram and Akki with Soods fighting to rescue Pri and Shivi from Nandini. [Ram will choose his last love like he will do now as his last love is Pri.]

Shivi to Ram: "Bhai woh aap ka bhi ghar todegi aur mera bhi tod degi."

Shivi [Holika/Urmila] and Pri with Nandini.

I don’t see vanvaas so far. We need to wait for more pointers for future tracks. Raya and Shikki separation are on the cards.

His face was so discolored when he heard the message and that, too, Shivi was holding Pri's phone. He was so flabbergasted that his whole ground shook beneath him. But, above all, Shivi was paranoid that her home would break along with Ram's. I felt so bad for him; the thought already shook him that Pri might leave him, giving him the sense that his home was almost on the verge of breaking.

He got the much-needed reality check. He understood that the world does observe things and has its own set of rules that he needs to follow. Unfortunately, not everyone is what they seem to portray.

It reminded me of the famous quote from Dr. House - "Everybody lies."

I think that is why it becomes more frustrating.. on one hand he understands her best... And then he is not able to give her the assurance she is seeking. I know it's all build up... But it's angsty...

He can give her assurance now, but the baggage he is carrying will not allow him to be truthful to her. Instead he needs to clear up the mess first and then show it to her with actions.

Nandini resists but Akki makes one anyway and it works wonders!

And Nandini thinks,' itna bura bhi nahi hai yeh'

Oh if you see the scene where Viper was typing on the phone, she was typing the message on Priya's window. She purposefully sent it to Pri. It was never meant for Ram. She knows if Pri sees that message, she will leave Ram; the same thing Shivi told Ram - "bhai, agar Priya bhabhi dekh leti toh?"

In all this I forgot to mention that did you all notice Pri today? She didn't want to even sit beside Ram today. She used the excuse of getting her phone from the room and Ram looked at her with so much pain. Today, I really did feel bad for him.
