The hate is due to the unrealistic worship the dev and Shiva started doing by putting her above their own wives and also the dandaa kaand like come on this is modern parenting ka zamana , maar peet kaun karta hai bachon vo bhi aise aur vo bhi jab ek married ho , usi ki biwi ke saamne pitaayi kardi

I forgot to add aaaa aaaa in list of why we dislike Dhara😆

Har kaand ko aaa aaa se justifying karna band kar de to bhi dhara thodi normal lagne lage😆

There was a scene just before room kaand where Shiva and Dev are sitting near Dhara whilst she is sleeping admiring her sacrifices didn't look right to me. 🥱 Thankfully Shiva is not like that anymore.

I have grown up seeing familes where the devar bhabhi love is more than devar and his wife, trust me it's not a very good sight to see.

Some characters connect, some do not. There are a lot of factors. Writing, acting, execution, consistency and much more.

My reason of why i connected with raavi is i found her alone and i felt nobody loved her despite her trying her best and being a pure soul. Dhara was appreciated for the little things she did but raavi was always put down. It's always easier to sacrifice and love if you get love in return. She not only got love in return but is put on a pedestal by the kids she raised. Her husband supports her everytime, even if he doesn't agree with her ways.she is respected by the mohallewalas and the pandit, while raavi and rishita are not even recognised as pandya bahus.

Someone had asked me. Didn't you feel for dhara when she lost her baby because of Anita's plan but you felt for raavi? I said that she had her whole family pampering, loving and supporting her. While nobody even missed that raavi is not there. She was kidnapped, drugged and about to be trafficked. She wasn't even asked a glass of water when she returned.

That's my reason for why i connect with the pain of raavi more.

Of course, were all complex set of humans with thousands of layers and not all are gonna be the same right.

We all connect to characters owing to our own reasons and factors and that makes neither of us wrong.

And the more saner thing to do would be to respect that and either try to understand the reasoning or move on.

And i never take ITV seriously, because characters are not well written lately, and bas yuhi kabhi dil aagaya kisi scene pe toh attached ho jaati hu.

I love Dhara and Shivi, par Rishita meri fav PS character hai, practical hai and independent bhi and she has her own flaws. That doesn't mean ki everyone here has to connect with her right.

I don't connect a lot with Raavi because I'm not like her, i cannot stand to be insulted not even for the love of my life. But Alice's acting sparks such an interest towards her

Of course. Everyone has a favorite. What's fiction if it doesn't evoke different emotions in the viewers. I feel these emotions keep a show going. And especially in ensemble cast shows where you are inclined towards one character and their story more. Rachel is my favourite in friends. Daenerys is my favourite in GOT. Similarly i got inclined towards raavi in PS when i saw her breakdown scene in the wedding and i was like i have to see this girls journey now.

So that's how it is. But this is itv and there is no consistency and sometimes the characters act way different from what you expect them to. It cannot be compared with such classic stories. So at the end of the day i would love to get my daily dose of chemistry and some good entertainment 😉

A well written and well executed track with layered characters is a cherry on top 😆
