I'm guessing they must have shot a lot of extra scenes post SP's warning. To they may have missed it in all that.

Suman is complaining to Anita about the driving and says the driver is slow.

Mami is sitting in the front passenger seat and Anita and Suman are sitting at the back.

Suddenly Suman complains of fast heartbeat and possibly she has a heart attack. Suman is faking it.

Mami gets stressed and Suman whispers to Anita "driver ko bolo mere tabiyat kharaab hai, fast fast chalana hai, warna mein gaadi me tapak gayi toh" and winks at Anita

Anita overacts and asks the driver to go fast hence Suman will die in the car.

Mami realizes that Suman was faking it and driver is going fast.

She wanted Anita yo get married it Gautam in the first place pre leap for the same reason.she was fine with getting anita married off to an old man too post leap for money. Even in haveli track she is like shiva's land is her land . Like what even .. .

It's only inherent nicety of raavi that makes her what she is and may be mausapa , pre leap dhara and influence of pre kaands Wala pandya parivaar.. Anita the idiot is the true heir to prafulla's vileness.

Unfortunately she is not gonna leave raavi even and going to remain a thorn in her life.

It's high time Shiva man's up and sees the difference between maami and raavi . Hope he starts seeing raavi as raavi at the time of crisis as well and not as MKBKB.

I really hope at least Raavi mentions it tomorrow. Let all the kaarnaame come out. And then Shiva can lay into them for all of it at once.

But I'm wondering if Shiva will even care that Raavi was hurt in all of this. Usse to apne dard se fursat hi nahi hai. 😕
