I am not sure… I don’t think she suspects or knows… she cannot read Priya as well as Priya’s family…

It was more to gauge the damage and check aag Dono Taraf Barabar to nahi…

I think Nandini's insecurities started bcz ram was starting see Priya as family. Her insecurities had nothing to do with Priya bcz as it has been highlighted in the show many times no one can force ram into anything.

If only priya felt things and ram never reciprocated them, then nandini didn't have anything to worry about. Bcz ram will never encourage anything between him and priya, no love, no relationship, no children and no family.

See after their visit in the hotel when Ram returned the next day, nandini indirectly asked ram if anything happened between them and ram straightforwardly told her that they don't share that kind of a relationship.

It was after annulment track when Ram started to show hesitancy towards answering questions about priya and their marriage. When he got affected by priya and neeraj. When he started to settle in his marriage, when she saw a happy couple in them who could one day possibly become parents, That is when Nandini started to feel insecure. Priya was ready to leave but ram wasn't ready to let priya go.

Before annulment nandini didn't wanted ram and shivi to get married because of sood's social status but after iv that reason changed, why, bcz ram was getting attached to Meera and priya both.

She was losing her love and control to two sood ladies.

Nandini never cared about Priya she only cared what ram is feeling bcz when Ram makes his mind about something he makes it happen.

Only priya's feelings will never affect nandini or her kids but only and only Ram's feelings alone for Priya can cause a friction big enough that has the power to bring earthquake in Nandini's life. And that is what happened today. Bhoochal aa gya nandini ki zindagi me.

Abhi tak ram was so attached to nandini bcz no one ever reciprocated his feelings for him. NOW nandini wants to know IF priya does or doesn't!!

Also one small pointer: the very first time nandini objected to ram and priya's marriage was when Ram took Meera on the dance and not nandini. That's when her insecurities were born and they were confirmed by the Diwali track.

So nandini have no idea about priya's feelings bcz she didn't care until now.

Nandini has tested Priya earlier during annulment track and she just signed it with no hesitation whereas Ram had. So from Nandini's pov, Priya remains the same. If she loses faith in Ram or anything happens to Shikki, she will leave Ram
