Yes they are deliberately destroying Arohis character…they even made karthik do some bad things…e.g. stealing his sisters baby and letting naksh think his baby died…🤨

Not sure what you watched but there is definitely a movie called Butterflies are Free (made sometime in the 1960s or 1970s). However, now that my brain is unfortunately awake, the movie I was thinking of is a different one with the same actor and a different blonde actress😆. It's called "40 Carats" (made in 1973).
I just looked up the trailer on Youtube. The plot is cliche but it had some funny moments and the theme is a male/female May December romance. Check this one out (it has some scantily clad moments so I don't want to include the link here - who knows if the mods are already eyeing us🤣). The guy really doesn't look a bit like Kartik? (I know I'm risking tamatar/chappal from you if he doesn't)
Hey saw the trailer for 40 carats and a few available clips..it has piqued my interest but don't know where I can see it.
Edward Albert I think is the actor and yeah in this one, unlike the Butterflies wala I could see the spark and even the guy looked better. But he doesn't look like Mohsin to me though I see why he might look so to you..bcz of the large, cleft chin and high arched eyebrows and high forehead, I guess. Actually I think he looks a lot like Mohsin's dad😆

You know these open-ended kind of soaps are the worst..there is no integrity in the story or the characters.. I really want ITV to have fixed episodes or seasons of the shows. Why don't they have it like that? They can finish one show or if it has potential do few more seasons and then end it by not spoiling the story. Then start a fresh show. Waise toh there's no shortage of new shows every few months, then what's the point of this self-destructive way of indian shows? Is it more lucrative?
His Hairstyle is similar to Kartik/MohsinOriginally posted by: austen-eliot

Wow we’re up to 70 plus pages already?
40 Carats is on Prime Video (or used to be anyway). It’s a silly and dated movie now. But the pair had something special despite the obvious age difference.
Yes Edward Albert, that’s right - and yep something about the forehead/hairline, eyebrows and maybe the nose as well? You know what Mohsin’s father looks like? Lol!
I don’t know why such old movies aren’t just archived on YouTube. I really want to watch Its My Turn again now - there was this great scene where the ML and FL are shooting pool and flirting. You could just feel the unspoken tension - it literally reminded me of one of my best dates😆 And the FL had such an attractive intelligent face instead of the usual pretty cookie cutter features.

Omg, cannot believe how low the mother show is sinking 😡!! There are so many many better ways to write and develop this same core plot, and I swear these writers must be on something (not the good kind either!) to be writing such crapola… Totally agree that this is a poor recycle of the S2 “Kartik accused of killing Akshara” plot. I never saw S1 but it does seem like the show has gotten progressively more negative since then. However I am gonna get me a front row seat and popcorn while the Abhira ship sinks - someone give me a heads up when the destruction starts getting good 😈🤣
(But poor Arohi - and poor Karishma, I hope there are better shows in her future…)
Agreed. There are daily US soaps too that have run for years, I’ve never watched them. I wonder if they work on this sample principle where the plot is chopped and changed at will. Bizarre concept…
