Why doesn`t Harshvardhan like Akshara and Neil?

Can someone please explain to me why the relationship dynamics are the way that they are and why Mahima-Anand are against Kairav-Anisha`s alliance, what they don`t like about Kairav and meanwhile, what Harsh`s issue with Akshara and Neel is and why he behaves towards them the way he does, I can completely understand why Abhi doesn`t like Harsh and similarly, I have an 9dea of why Harsh behaves the way he does towards Manjari, he has her and her household cleaning and catering services for granted, long term abd Harsh-Manjari remind me of how Vanraj-Anupamaa used to be at the beginning of the show, so another replica right there! I know that Neel is the adopted child, but is he Manjari`s son from a previous marriage or a relative of hers child that she adopted, or was he picked up from an orphanage? Where did the family get him from, in order to adopt him? And the biggest most central question of all, what is Harsh`s issue with Akshara, could someone kindly elaborate on those areas of discussion within the topic please?

Neil ka toh dekho abhi tak gutthi sulajh hi rahi hai…us forum folks have made everyone in birla house a rumored adopted child including Neil coz no one knows for sure lol If Neil us afopted then harsh has issues with a guy who is not his biological son

as far as akshu is concerned, harsh is playing the role of other shows n real lives mil who are typically in love with their sons and can’t share them with another person …bas woh i hai…harsh loves abhi n can’t share him with a nobody like akshu…if she was a dr he would have done his pr calculations n would have grudgingly said yes

I don't quite understand Harshvardhan's dislike of Neil other than he is adopted and has received all these things from the family but has not done anything for the family. He is not a doctor and we don't see him going to work. Not too sure what Neil does I thought he was some form of vlogger like Vansh or maybe in business management?

As for Akshara, he dislikes the fact that she was wishy-washy during the whole tilka fisaco. She kept quiet and refused to speak. When Abhimanyu came home with her and she was given another opportunity to speak she denied being in love and rejected Abhimanyu. After which we saw how Abhimanyu emotionally unravelled. Harshvardhan loves his son and didn't like the fact this girl who his son barely knows could literally have this much control over him.

Had Akshara been honset and explained why she kept quiet at the 1st tilak fisaco and maybe admitted her love and kindly rejected due to family reasons I think Harshvardhan would have accepted Akshara later on.

Harshvardhan is a very straightforward kind of guy and he also makes up his mind quickly on people. His fear is if Akshara has this much control over his son what if she is aware of this control and uses it to take advantage? Harshvardhan doesn't know that Akshara is not that kind of person. She is pure love and very giving in nature. Which are traits that Manjari has which explains why Abhimanyu loves Akshara. She has traits similar to his mother. Harshvardhan has only seen what has happened after the 1st tilak. And the one sister who he thought had some sense Arohi turned out to be a shame. And since they are sisters he may believe Akshara also has those traits. Its like how Manjari thought Arohi was all good because she liked Akshara and saw how nice Akshara was so she naturally assumed that Arohi was good too because she was Akshara’s sister
