I know he said he does not like to give explanations. She is not asking for a declaration of love. He don't want to give any explanation or reassurance to her because he feels his actions are more enough.

He is marrying her to protect from destroying herself and her dreams, her mother promise and also to keep her away from AKT. She don't have any clue of it and he proposed her so that she can save AKT so she is thinking he is marrying out of revenge to hurt AKT not marrying out of own will. Both are right on their own places so how misunderstanding will be cleared??

Maybe marriage day he will step back, her to decide and she will also understand he is not marrying out of revenge, both will marry out of own will then after marriage they'll explore their feelings towards each other.. right now both not in a position to understand their feelings.

Because its a stupid reason to force a girl to marry. An action that the said mother would not agree with. Unconsciously aryan is in love with her. But he doesn't want to admit it even to himself. So he is hiding behind such stupid excuses. 😆😆

Why have we stopped taking things just from an entertainment and shock value POV only and not as a stick to judge the society’s standards? I get it that none of us condone a forced marriage and no where I am saying that it is good… but nothing in this serial has made any sense earlier also…a forced marriage which was not annulled, then Imlie not only accepting it but use to perform rituals related to marriage,knowing that Adi is getting married to Malini, Malini suddenly taking the turn for worst after establishing her as such a positive character…etc etc. my point is that in ITV if they only show Imlie studying and achieving her dreams then where will the masala come to justify the 8.30 PM time slot…so it will go OTT…twisting and turning characters to push it along…even the serial sitting at top of the TRP charts continues to show content which most of us will call regressive…but it is pulling the audience… for me I love this dark-light romance…the pull-push…the arrogant Mr Darcy - Fiesty Miss Bennet… and when the tears get too much I remember the BTS shared by Sumbul that she and Fammy are truly friends…so it is fiction. A part of fandom that wants a different paring irrespective of how irredeemable the character has become..gloating over TRPs… I remind myself that many people make a living from these serials…not just the main actors…so I hope that what ever experiments the PH is doing is successful for them and the serial does well… this is my guilty pleasure fiction

The reason I wasn't bothered about this whole forced marriage thing was that I knew from the get go, what I'm getting myself into. I have watched most of this PH shows. I expected whatever is happening. And honestly if I wanted quality content or something different, I would have sticked to my K or C-dramas or Netflix series.

The point is that this show is my guilty pleasure too 😃 and although I do get carried away sometimes (getting annoyed at imlie etc), I remind myself that this is expected and I calm down 😂

Aru has got many valid points to keep his feelings to himself and particularly because she is still too young and uske aage uski puri life padi hai. She has already been traumatized by toxic relationships. So i prefer the current pace of plotline and slow realization of facts.

Though I am still not able to process what will happen at the wedding.

Did you all notice when he leaned over to apply colour she didn't even struggle or attempt to free herself. This is the Imlie who is well capable of writhing out of such unwanted holds from anyone including him. She even lowered her eyes, might even have closed them for a second or two.

Not only that but she rubbed her cheek with his. Like Aryan didn't rub so she could have turned her face in opposite direction instead. This speaks a lot❤️

Also imlie is really a super womaniya. I tou get stuck in my choori-dar pajama and she tore off that vest so smoothly. I even forgot the intensity of scene and instead started admiring her strength🤣🤣🤣
