People are very biased.. . this hiding etc is immaterial per me and to be honest she was worried even about the random kid. If she knows manjaris accident was due to her she will wallow in guilt ..the girl cant even hurt an ant leave alone his mother
I get why she hid it today it was not to save her sister it was to avoid conflict .

Abhi hide the past. She is hiding the present which is directly connected to him. He told her there is a past btw him and sir and she told she is not interested in knowing that.

Hey Freddie nice points. Ak is the saviour of Ar from her birth. So Ak will try to protect her sister. Ak hiding the truth from Abhi there is reason as he will jump on Ar first so kept quiet. But till what level this accident goes and hooks their lives need to be seen..it's a new beginning again they gave heading already in their date episode with next churning and chakravyuh by Ar. She started it for Abhi and Ak too hooked again .The end result is Abhira together and their marriage. I remember kv dialogues in intial.episodes koi toh ho mere behnom ki dooriya mitaye and Abhi is shown in next shot. What if any this track shows the binding of sisters and Ar redemption realising Ak love for her. I may be positive by there was a dream of Ak , ar uniting abhira happily before tilak1. Abhi didn't stop to tell her as Kv is involved in it. He wanted ani and kv to solve it first. So he kept it secret. Ani wanted ak to be informed. After knowing kv truth and his answer how he reacted immediately holding his collar. He just told tumhara Bhai hi isiliye ...when it comes to his family he will never leave them. His father's relation they don't want to open it so it's not out and Ak told past i don't want. Onky for marriage she wants all. Same way Ak never told sirat death or hate fiasco . As ar blurted it out he asked from kv..kv accepted Abhi for ak so he shared it. Not all are same. They need time to open up. And Yesterday It's unintentionally done by Ar and he bashed her. Though he is right he didn't see she did it purposely or see consequences of next. Ar being now in depression took extreme step for his words. All words haunted her badly. If something happened today ? Who has the Guilt trio next. And Ak can say it for herself. She thought of Abhi Ar equation and didn't say. If it's told he runs and bashes again Ar first and Ar takes drastic step again..she is unpredictable and uncontrollable now. Her symptoms are shown as brain damage due to trauma. And indirectly Abhira are responsible for her and she is becoming a victim. Exactly. I don't want to say anything because it's all horrible phase only if something turns out that way. And none will be happy. Ar will be in depression Ak will take blames and guilt , Abhi will be frozen. As it's old Ak character is killed for Hinas exit so next they planned shadi.
