No matter what they show, I know what I feel about Virat. No amount of whitewashing can make me feel any sympathy for him or give him benefit of doubt because they never showed him have any dilemmas, any consideration of others feelings or any attempt to fix things. He can make wrong choices but when he stops introspecting or even questioning it - then hes beyond redemption. In the past like devkit kaand ousting and even his behavior with pulkit lunch i could actually see his perspective even if his actions are wrong. Even ajinkya kaand I could feel some empathy for him. But this time and even during prev Sai accident time I dont see his pov. When Sai fell in the ditch he wasn't directly responsible but it was his behavior that drove her to leave the house. And even then I didn't see him show love mixed with his frustration/hurt. He was cruel and he joined hands with pp. Mimo track made me think- ok he understands what he did wrong and both are getting back on track. But This time again he has been completely inconsiderate and negligent towards how Sai felt. Zero realization. And all this for what? To fulfil a promise to a criminal and shelter his equally guilty wife just because shes pregnant. Yet we know per KD script that when his own wife will be pregnant hes gonna show no consideration.
So V ko award deh, voh kuch bhi pravachan deh, whitewash karein- nothing they do will not make him right. Audience does change pov based on the lens through which a scene/actions are shown. But not all audience is stupid either. They cant feed us just any crap. Several of us definitely aren't going to fall for this whitewash attempt and see V as the old V ever again.Edited by DT Sai unfortunately is too carried away in guilt and feelings that she cant tell him he's wrong and just leave. Emotional hoke fass gayi hai. She has just had realization of love, she misses his presence in life- he's all she has....so kuch nahi hosakta. We can only hope for V's own tubelight to go off at somepoint but I am not hopeful :(
