Before too he was invited generally, not for any specific movie.. Anyway probably he might have been called for the movie specifically or may b not and that isn't clear to me from the video but the point here is Vivek dint lie (of course unless if the production house says otherwise)...He stands on his statement and Anupam too says he was given some other reason,

in the video if that is taken as a base

matlab kuchh bhi...they were discussing specifically the TKSS show and TKF and AK said that he didn't want to discuss this movie because of the nature of the show.....and TKSS is a huge show....they won't call you a week before the show ...they do it months in advance....

The point of the thread is Vivek was lying which doesn't seem to be the case.. Regarding the promotion of the movie or not, probably yes I agree he could have been specifically called for the movie

Kapil has never given any sort of impression abt his political affiliations and has never trolled anyone / acted elitist in the least/ taken sides …his entire show surrounds around making fun of his lack of English skills, his “unsophisticated” ness or him being “dehati” …and that’s what ppl love abt him …

First this whole Kapil Sharma controversy and then he also kept crying about how people are trying to sabotage his film and not giving screens which again was denied by his own producers who said no one is sabotaging the film and it's part of their release plan.😆

It's probably the producers themselves who were not able to strike a proper deal for the show or didn't find it as a viable promotional expense as 'not having stars' can never be an excuse given how Kapil Sharma show calls newbies even from web shows these days. Vivek did his part and just left one tweet for netizens to start the usual boycott trend.

So Kapil said VKnwas saying the half truth..kher said the half truth. Kapil posted the half video. All of them stayed mum on the complete truth..either they knew it or didn't make n effort to know it. Because as usual complete truth is uncomfortable to say.

Status quo. Everyone can believe their version of truth n be happy. Movie is a hit, kher still on good terms with ROBW, Kapil got a clean chit, Audience got to know the truth that matters..about KPs.

also what celebration ? This movie is not a celebratory movie ..ppl aren’t dancing in the theatres out of joy…they are reliving a traumatising event ….
