Sighhhh disappointed with Anubhav

Anubhav keeps disappointing me and especially today’s episode I was very disappointed with him. When Roni called Anu ‘chashmis’ Gungun stood up for him. Anu did a better job standing up to Roni but when it comes to Akriti God knows what happens to him!🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡 When Gungun got slapped he didn’t say much to Akriti! What I wanted to hear from him was said by his family members who stood up for Gungun!

UPDATE: I WAS RIGHT!! I thought I may have jumped the gun on Anu and judged him too soon. But I was disappointed again! His family especially Khushi said exactly what I wrote above. Anubhav needs to stand up for GG like she does for him and his family. At least I was happy to see Gungun standing up for herself even if some of it was in a childish way.

You should have seen the scenes from the other versions

It was worse during the slap scene 😆

Honestly, I thought Yesha’s acting was weak here.

Which version Bengali or Marathi ?? Lol

I find anu's reaction okay . He has kept her mental health in consideration.

Also whatever other family member said was according to discussion they had with gungun at party about akriti .

Bhua pulled akriti away but anu came as shield for gungun. His hand was there between gungun and akriti till she was not away from gungun .

He did shout at her . Also I don't think the reaction is yet over because episode ended there.

I think Anu knows from where the reaction from Akriti is coming .He is ckearky aware of her mental state as she hated GG as she got Akritis Mums love plus she is also getting married to the person Akriti loves. GC gangs reaction was instant as they dont know the Background i.e confession but Anu knows she has a problem and GG is the center of Akritis problems so his reaction was a bit slow. We all know he cares for GG but that is just out of the relation that he is going to be bound by in near future. Its not love yet its just he has made up his mind for his family he needs to marry GG and stay with her atleast for one year.

Both versions. The male leads were just standing and and watched her getting slapped 3 times.

Also I guess they don't have bank episodes so this shoot was done 1 or 2 days ago.

But yes the editing and direction were weird.

I agree! I don’t think the reaction is over. Also, he definitely was the first one to get in between the two physically, and pulled gg away instantly.

I think Anubhav is also taking into consideration bua’s and gg’s feelings towards Akriti by not saying anything before. He also has to be mindful as he is her boss in an academic setting so he can’t just misbehave/be rude. He has been firm with her though, which I found refreshing.

Also akriti did not give chance to react it was so sudden not dramatic slow slapping 3 times

But I agree direction could have been better

As much as I hate the character Akriti but I must admit the actress who is playing the character is doing a good job and tbh better acting than some of the other cast members. We all hate Akriti and that should say it. Kuddos to the actress 👏👏

NO WAY... I have seen actresses nail -ve roles, the actress who plays Akriti can't act

I had said this a while back in a previous thread. Saying it again now... it would have been great to see a stronger actress play Akriti. I feel there is a lot (especially now/ beginning of the story) where sympathies can sway to Akriti. An actress with much more refined skills would have been able to portray the subtleties and add to the character.

The choice may have been deliberate to cast a weak actress in order to limit sympathies for a character that is not the FL... the character rn is just plain distasteful 🤢

I haven’t seen the other versions but I felt the actress playing Akriti did a good job for the slap scene. Yesha’s expression to the slap was funny. I am sure there are better actors who can play Akriti well but I think the production company wanted actors who are newer/starting and not someone popular. Just my 2 cent.
