Oh welcome to Canada. One of my first jobs was a 2-hour commute each way. I used to bus, but one month I started taking the car. My luck was that we had a major snowstorm one day. Took me 7 hours to get home. That too after begging my boss to let me go when the snowstorm started. She finally agreed 2 hours later when the snow was 10 inches deep. (Guess what I quit and left that job 3 months later.)

The train was unreliable so if I missed it had to wait an hour for the next one so could be a 4.5hr daily travel to this place. Though it was twice a week I had to travel there

By the way studying from home is so not going to work. For few days, it may be ok. But not forever.

We all know that some work has to be done from office or by going out.

If there is a chance and if the commute is too long people can avoid going to work. That is a different matter.

I need to be in the office and it is only 5 minutes away. So, I always prefer to go to work.

In my defence, eyelashes are a first line of defence for your eyes.

That means I got both answers wrong.

Chomu boss thi. She had the highest turnover rate in our company. She lost 1 out of 3 employees every 6 months. I was the longest lasting - 2 years. Uske baad meri bhi haat gayi. 🤣
