lol this person clearly hasn't seen enough of the episodes to understand imlie's character at all. it's not manipulation if you 1) give her a clear choice to go against her stupid instincts to save untrustworthy people 2) even if it WAS manipulation, it's not like imlie didn't try to emotionally manipulate him by comparing the tripathi familiy to the rathore family after they lost arvind.
