Looking for story(Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke/Rachna)

Hey, I'm looking for a story related to this story, which revolved around Rachna. Please if you know, tell me. I read it a long time ago, so remember only a few things. Here:-

Rachna has left Banaras, story starts when she has to come back, due to family issues or something. She has changed complete, is now a modern, outspoken and independent girl. Everyone is shocked to see how much she has changed. She is no longer close to Gunjan. The reason is that something has, like kind of accident which made her leave. Rachna, Mayank and Gunjan were all present and involved in what happened. No one other than people who were there knows about this. That's all I remember.
