so I tell my POV… for me I loved the show for its easy tone… and realistic nature… I lauded the show for brilliant cinematography and keeping story crisp and fast paced (infact too fast paced) …but off late somewhere they forgot how to use different characters properly ..

for example Babita was neither cringy in the beginning nor your run-of-the-mill ITV MIL… yes she was harsh on Meet H but had her own reasons… then they made that character say .. “tumare dimag me gandagi bhri h ..” , made her organize a biwi no 1 contest.. and give a biased support to Manushi (last one was expected a little) …

Rajvardhan who was supposed to share the bigger bond with Meet H as per BK and that is the same reason I was rooting for him as best FIL… but again he has no say in house … he is a mute spectator of whatever babita does …She made Sunaina live in servants quarters and how she treats Meet H is no secret either …

Tej whose return was awaited has no scenes so far… not even one of his reaction been shown… be it him finding that he doesn’t remember 4 years of his life.. or he can’t be a father anymore… or how he was found in Rajasthan…

to top that yesterday’s episode with very weird dream sequence from Meet H .. (charging Hawa Singh with Swiss knife ..) or tying the cloth on her forehead (to emulate a rebel but looks like a bandit queen..)

also the conversation that she had with Meet A is also not convincing for me .. first of all yes its a dangerous path she has taken … she will try to find out the truth but Meet A’s loss is not small too… baki I don’t know how to interpret her not being able to be the wife he deserves….. pta ni..

in short mere gale k niche ni utra kl wala episode… I tried .. I really did …😔

Agree... along the way, the show has deteriorated in quality from its own standards.

I too was pulled to this show because of its light hearted nature. I started watching few episodes after Meet² wedding.

But from the premise of the show, I have always felt that it is Meet Hooda's story. So I guess thats the reason its always showing her pov. Meetwa ka tho bas naam same rakha hai 😔

Until the story revolved around Meet²'s Tom and Jerry phase it was all good. Somewhere all characters were used decently well except for Chachaji and to some extent Hoshiyar.

Now they are struggling and have no time to balance themselves well

Yesterday's dream and tying the chunri were the funniest parts 😆... totally unnecessary bits... also how she just opened somebody else's tapri just like that for her own use 🤣 Ghar jaakar chai banati tho kya jaata... waise bhi they r 'good' at editing... seedha ghar ka kitchen ka hi scene de dete 🤣

Adoption drama I am ignoring now All are too cool with it.

Mujhe ek baat batao.... Meetwa ne itna saara bol diya Meety ke muh par... aashiq... yahi gf chahiye ... then why in the end he spoke in his mind? Use kya laga... Meety ko overdose ho jayega 🤣

While MA is being absolute sweetheart, and his actions screams love, but he isn't given monologues because unhe abhi Meetwa k realization pe focus karna hi nahi hain. Woh milega jab milna hain. Their relationship will grow through this phase. Manno track mein we saw Meety putting more efforts to keep their relationship alive, doing things to make Meetwa happy. Ab Ulta Hoga. Yaar I love our ML chahe Jo Kaho. Iss bande ney 'I like you' phase mein itna Kiya aur kar raha hai Jo 90% ML 'I love you' phase mein bhi nahi karte. Isko jab realization hoga I can already imagine all these gestures to multiply by 10x

Adoption case ka toh Saar par Kuch samaj nahi araha. Bas chal raha Hain side mein. I agree this must be a last minute addition, but instead of doing this they could have focused on Tej's health and him building his relationship with everyone from scratch. Usey dekh k toh lagta hai. Banda ko kabhi Kuch hua hi nahi🤪. Jaisa memory loss nahi long vacation se lota ho.

Yaar mujhe tho nahi lagta realisation kuch hone waala hai Meetwa ka... seems like he is already at the station and waiting for Meety to arrive...

The way its going in his case, its only voicing out the 3 golden words left I feel. Woh bhi ek din, jaise kiss hua, ho jayega. Ab bas hope yahi hai ki talli hona nahi padega to do it 😆

A few of my thoughts regarding the current scenario:

Before anything, let me declare that I am a hardcore comedy and mystery fan. So here, in this show, comedy tho ab hai nahi but I admit I am 100% intrigued by the mystery and all the questions revolving it to the extent that I am not paying much attention to anything else😆

So here, if I have to analyse what could be the strategy of the makers in the current track is this: There are I think 2 mysteries. One about Ashok Hooda murder. One about Tej going missing. The date discrepancy is still not completely cleared. If they open up both Tej and Ashok Hooda's mysteries together, then they run the risk of both getting solved also together. If it was a book, it wouldnt work but this is a show. And they need something long running. So now, they dont want to show Tej thinking and wondering what happened in the past. Or even he himself remembering that he was carrying a camera. Tej is completely in the background for now.

There are still a lot lot many parts of the mystery left to unfold. As Meetwa said, Hawa Singh's connection is only the tip of the iceberg.

There are only 3 definite things to go on.

1- Ashok Hooda was murdered.

2- Tej is a witness but remembers nothing

3- Hawa Singh is involved and knows somebody else who is involved too.

We dont know Tej's part of the story before and after the point when AH was murdered.

What was he doing there in the middle of the jungle in the first place?

Why didnt those people kill him off too?

What happened after he got trapped between the cars?

We dont know who are the other people involved and what exactly is the scenario due to which Ashok Hooda was murdered.

So with the only definite thing that Meet² know, that is Ashok Hooda was murdered and Hawa Singh knows, they are going ahead with investigations. Tej ko tho waise hi kuch yaad nahi and they are not to be involving him in anyway due to previous family drama and also doc's advice. And that Tej is alive and with them and recovered too is actually a big thing. Ashok Hooda's death changed Meety's life totally and now its discovered that he was in fact murdered... so its given higher value at this stage. So Meetwa helping Meety to uncover Ashok Hooda's murder is okay. Along the way Tej's story will come too once they are on the trail of Hawa Singh.

Adoption drama: I dont want to actually touch on this adoption track but I have convinced myself that they dont want to show family reactions, Sunaina Tej interactions etc there because its not something that can be shown in one scene. They need to develop on it and there again is some heavy duty drama which will clash with the mystery. They also cannot show light hearted drama because that will dilute the seriousness of the mystery again. So they have taken the easy ( and weird ) route of just not showing any development and interactions at all but just including it as filler drama. It will end up being inconsequential.

About 8th March episode: Yes, I too felt there was more to dislike than to like in it.

Meety's imagination was overdrawn. Upto the point that Meety put the chunri around HS's neck was acceptable... beyond that was totally unnecessary.

I liked the part where Meetwa takes her to her father's memorial and tells her that she has to fight it out. They could have shown her taking the oath normally without all the kafn talk and the tying of chunri.

I dont like it when they keep repeating this line 'main nahin chhodoongi' ... these exaggerations if they can avoid, things will be bearable.

The part when Meety opens up somebody else's tapri to make tea also was unnecessary... yeh discussion tho aise hi ho sakta thha na? Or else do it in their own kitchen. Just because she helped someone open a tapri doesnt give her rights to use it to her purpose whenever she feels like it.

About Meety's and Meetwa's talks: I feel Meety's apprehensions stem from the fact that she sees he is doing so much and supporting her so strongly. Ever since they are in gf-bf phase, he has been doing it openly. Before this revelation, he was also doing a lot for her happiness ( setting up RL tuitions ). So now, when she sees him encouraging and motivating her to get to the truth, she feels unsure if she has done enough or is doing enough for him in return.

Meetwa also wishes only for her happiness but he covers up I think with all this fun talk of ashiq and kiss and gf talks instead of saying serious things to her. Not sure why. Maybe he does not want her to feel pressurised by his own feelings. Meetwaaaa... pls humein tho bata do... its okay if you dont tell Meety but pls give us your monologue 🤣

Gals... I am not able to get Papa Ahlawat's finger rings out of my mind 😔 Was it really a blooper? Chacha ke haath mein tho ek hi ring hai.

In the past 2 episodes too, kuch aur ho na ho, they have included Papa Ahlawat and his flirting with Mom Ahlawat. Kyun itna screen space har episode mein kharch kar rahe unke romance par? Is there any other reason like keeping us away from suspecting him?

He always supported Meety but he didnt support for the first time when Meety talked about finding out what happened to Tej when he went missing.

Sunaina's remarriage ke liye he too was pretty adamant.

he is not involved… he sent SOS message when Tej was getting kidnapped from ambulance… He agreed for Sunaina’s marriage after Jaipratap or jaideep whatever his name is convinced him…. that ring thing was a blooper… also Ram has injury on his forearm after that guy jumped… it could be Ram or Hawa Singh… or someone sent by that white sofa guy…

Rajvardhan is not involved…
