She does not need to show discomfort to aryan, but the viewers should see it to pass judgement. No? So on what basis are we terming this sexual harassment?

On the contrary she is more muh-phat and outspoken with him than anyone else. We see her repeatedly reach out to him emotionally and in terms of physical comfort.

As for her being indebted to him - it did not stop her from breaking association with him and walking out of his house at night. The fact that she has to repay him 5 crores does not stop her from talking back to him at any point in time.

You can't term every interaction with power difference as sexual harassment.

Yes, there have been many instances when as a viewer I felt she was uneasy with their physical interactions. Especially their initial interactions where he felt at liberty to choke a woman he barely knew with a scarf. Also bruised her arm by grabbing it multiple times. Her body language at the time did not suggest she was comfortable with that.

Judgment is passed on a lot of things. Aditya being 'irredeemable' is one such example. I think I am well within my right to pass judgment on Aryan's conduct too.

No I can't term every interaction with power difference as sexual harassment. However in the case of ASR, who has been clearly introduced as a calculating man with a revenge motive, I shouldn't neglect the possibility that he would do anything without an underlying motive.😆

Imlie has clearly NOT CONSENTED to being touched by her jeeju. But ofc, the girl doesn't know herself then, she is just angry over poor Adi toh consent and discomfort toh gayi khet mein.

It is also plain obvious that power comes from money. If ASR didn't wasn't so wealthy, he wouldn't have had the power or clout to frame someone in a case. If that power did not scare Imlie and if she did not feel beholden to ASR, she would not allow herself to be blackmailed into marrying ASR to save Adi at this point in time. She would be able to negotiate another solution and save Adi anyway.😆

Imlie was married to Aditya when she came to the city to the first time. Her living in his house was not a favour, it was her right.

Lets not forget - Aryan owns T house too. Imlie staying at T house is the same as Imlie staying at Rathore house. As for Tripathis, sure there have been times when their behaviour towards Imlie was unkind. But lets not forget that they were the first ones who had been kind to her when she first came to the city. They were the first ones who encouraged her to pursue her education and fulfill her dreams. Only a family does that.
