What is itvs problem with dark skin women? and honestly I don't even know whether its actually dark skin aur just ashy Grey. This new show on Star Plus(jhuki jhuki si nazar) where the skin tone looks just weird it's not dark it's just kind of greyish. it's like they want to make dark skin people look ugly intentionally what the f*** honestly🙄

Amrik kissed Jasmine’s forehead today and there no impact or no one really cares, whereas Fateh giving Tejo his shirt was a better scene. A forehead kiss from Fateh to Tejo will blow up on SM and bring attention show needs

You know, sth occured to me when you said this.

I think A will have this very sheltered view of love, that if you pretend/try hard enough it will become true and also have this everything will be okay mentality. He's probably gonna ignore all the times J struggles, esp if it's a redemption and be lost in his daydreams of a perfect world, while J is realistic and tries reflect in herself but find it hard without support after alienating everyone (which she deserves lmao and if she's really the strong character everyone thinks she is, she'll get through this on her own) and drown in guilt.

She'll slowly pull away despite wanting to be with Amrik because he can't stop being in denial and unrealistic amd slowly gravitate towards Angad because they have some sort of hate-friendship thing going on bec he keeps insulting her when she was trying to repent...

Anyways, this turned into a jasang plot but the gist is that Amrik seems like he's going to idolize a perfrct version of love instead of the hard bits.

Star Plus is trying to recreate Suhani si ladki again at 6.30 slot that got them bumper TRPs. And everything is too in your face now, no subtlety whatsoever. They mock skin tones like this to milk TRPs and show that people lead only miserable lives no matter how much they try to overcome it and then go ahead and make their characters give lectures on skin tone not being important.

Im not sure about the awkward phase, but after the true move on, i think J will seek his friendship, wanting to have a proper true friendship and not like the hate/selfish one she had with Sweety. F will not engage whatsoever until like the last episode because HEA.

Well I just saw Fatejo where he screamed her name and was crying until he heard her voice. Dude wanted to hug her Pata Chala chot Lagi Hui Hai lol.

But honestly I will be surprised if a few of few delulud didn't interpret the scene where he looks at Chameli in a way that he still cares for her.

Great. Something not to watch. What's with people's obsessions with skin colour?

@bold. It's not important. But it plays a role in popularity unfortunately. Esp in communities where pale skin is glorified. I'm sorry if i offend someone pale skinned. Just want to say that skin colour shouldn't be an issue until people do make it to be.

Are they introducing this message in a good writing or a shit writing like UD?

You know that gist is that if you are dark you are ugly and nothing can change that which is just such bull shit. Like not even white countries have such blatant racism/colorism. Usually makeup artist are hired to make actors look good however in case of dark skin people I think the directions are make them as ugly as possible.
