when someone lacks confidence about who they are and what they can do. - Here she said that she has her sapne and she has confidence that she will acheive something by staying away from R house👏

People who struggle with low self-esteem are consistently afraid about making mistakes or letting other people down.

afraid of not making mistakes-she thinks she is in galat raastaas if now she got to understood what is sahi raasta for her !

she is worried of Aryan's revenge on Adi (her ex-husband cum her BS cum ex -lover) and her believing in ex-relationship falling apart bcz of Aryan !🤓 she is throwing blame on other ppl and isme low esteem kaha se aaya 😅

She is not confident about her decision of trusting Aryan and taking him as her confidant. As it she is prone to take such wrong decisions and she repeated the same mistake again....whatever he did was not out of affection and care but was driven by his own motive.

She feels that she is probably unworthy of anyone's pure affection and is broken thinking that even aru used her all the time when she thought he was caring for her.

These thoughts push anyone into deep well of sadness......all thanks to the bhakshak new rakshak of imlie

What further riled him up is Imlie's newfound acquiescence to this newfound mentor. Aditya has a mile long saviour complex. Especially when it comes to journalism. He takes this paternalistic role when it comes to his supposed readers (honestly, can't blame him entirely given the state of South Asian journalism today)

Every sort of ideology needs a self-critiquing mechanism and he just doesn't have that

So it began by "Rathore is making my biggest discipline rebel" to " my wife is sleeping with the boss" to "oh, she's hoodwinked by his charm, and I can save her from his Maya."

Every woman + gareeb insaan is an intellectual infant to AKT lest he feels emasculated by them like SK.

A side note : Aditya's theoretical knowledge/approach to journalism is mostly sound whilst if you see Aryan's earlier opinions, you can't help but get sleazy businessman vibes from him.

However, the difference between Aditya's theory and praxis is just insurmountable. He, frankly, isn't a good journalist. He doesn't investigate properly before jumping the gun. He has very poor analytical skills. More than that, he thinks too highly of himself and too little of his sources.

He's patronising and can't fathom the fact that other forms of journalism are equally important. Chalo theek hai, good investigative journalists ki kami hai desh main, but good socio-cultural criticism is also an integral part of good journalism. Class bande ka massive blindspot hai. His first thought when you say working women goes seedha to a CEO. He simultaneously infantalises the poor and caricatures the rich without reflecting on his own privilege.

On the other hand, Aru's talk of ad-revenues and giving people what they want is distasteful. But the difference between his talk and walk too. He doesn't ask people to resort to selling lies or yellow journalism for revenues. What he wants to do is broach topics that every section of society finds relatable. So, yeah, tax evasion is a serious issue but so is women's unpaid labour in the unorganised sector. So is knowing what are the intellectual impulses behind an artiste who has a massive following. He doesn't infantilise people who are not as privileged as him.

He's entirely much more socially responsible and pyaara than AKT.

This a literary criticsm of both the characters.
